Valentina Barella

I was born in Rome, I have lived in Milan since 2013.

The degree in languages and international communication, the great love for  words, communication and cultures, the meeting with Ivano Langella, small wax modeling courses, a bit of apprenticeship open the way to continuous research and improvement in the field of jewelery.

In 2013 the "DDG", advanced training course in jewelry design at POLI.design in Milan,  definitively transports me to the city that, with two colleagues, allows me to open ABOUT- Fucina Orafa Milano in October 2017.

Since 2016 I have been collaborating as an expert on the subject at the Politecnico di Milano in the jewelery design course of Alba Cappellieri.

I also hold courses in the laboratory where I teach the use and applications of wax in jewelery.

Oriunda Jewels is the name of my creations. I create small jewels that bring wonder, the one that sucks in the eyes of those who observe them more carefully.

Because details matter.
