From the model chosen from those proposed, you will create a ring or pendant by casting and pouring the metal into the bracket. From the choice of model to the preparation of the sand mould to the casting and final finish, each piece becomes unique.

 

WHAT WE WILL DO//

 

During this workshop lasting approximately 4 hours, you will witness the magic of transforming bronze alloy, or silver, through sand casting. Using the proposed models and customising them a bit, you could make a unique ring or pendant. After a brief tour of the workshop, you will begin with the preparation of the sand mold, which will then accommodate the casting of the chosen metal. We will then move on to the casting of the alloy and the subsequent cutting of the casting channels until finishing and polishing to obtain a unique piece of jewellery.

 

You will actively participate in the handcrafting of your jewel and at the end of this day you will take with you a ring of unique value,  your creation.

You may get your clothes dirty, so we ask you to wear comfortable clothes suitable for work and wear closed shoes please.

If you have long hair, wear something to tie it up!
